What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Verbal communication, Complaint handling, Typing speed and Hindi and English
• Basic English

What the job involves

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
