Make 150-200 Calls Daily, Achieving A Minimum Of 5 Hours Of Talk Time. Sell Equity-Based Products On Calls, Managing The Process From Lead Generation To Closure. Counsel Interested Customers, Suggesting Investment Plans Tailored To Their Financial Goals. Convert Interested Leads Into Clients Through Proactive Follow-Ups. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, CRM tools, Verbal communication and Active listening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A calm under pressure, patient attitude

What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
