Visionary Outsourcing Services has an opening for an Executive Assistant based in Andheri, Mumbai. 9 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹30,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Data entry, MS Office, Typing, Basic accounting
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
