What the job involves

As an Interior Purchase Executive, your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Inventory Management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
