Opening For B2B Docs Validation Process, Location - Juinagar, Wfo - Mon To Fri, Wfh - All Saturdays, Week Off - Sunday , Salary - Upto 27K + Quarterly Incentives, Shift Timing - 10Am To 7Pm, Need Graduates, With Good Communication ( Verbal & Written).

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

What you get

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹27,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
