Procure Materials As Per Production Requirements And Manage Vendor Sourcing & Development. Negotiate Pricing, Payment Terms, And Delivery Schedules With Suppliers. Prepare Purchase Orders And Maintain Proper Records Of Purchases And Quotations. Monitor Stock Levels, Handle Rate Comparisons, And Ensure Cost-Effective Purchasing. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Record Management, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Advanced Excel, Procurement | Skills Needed : Computer

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Computer, Handling Invoices, Procurement, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
