Executive Assistant

Voice & Vows Studio is looking for an Executive Assistant to join its team in Bandra West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette, Record keeping
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and well spoken

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
