Vrux Realty has an opening for a Real Estate Sales Executive based in Vidyavihar West, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Cordinate And Handle Customers For The Agreement Process, Kyc Process, Schedule Payment Process, And Handover Process. Pitch The Project To Prospective Buyers And Close The Deal. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Good knowledge of Customer handling, Local market knowledge, Lead generation and CRM
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude
