Coordinate Campaign Scheduling, Execution, And Monitoring.Share Media Availability, Proposals, Estimates, And Campaign Updates.Handle Client Emails And Calls Related To Campaign Execution And Status Updates.Follow Up On Artwork, Approvals, Purchase Orders, And Campaign Requirements.Prepare Campaign Reports, Execution Proofs, Photographs, And Vi. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: CRM tools, Verbal communication, Active listening, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are customer-first and calm under pressure

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
