Lead And Manage Branch Sales Executives And Support Staff.Ensure Dealer Satisfaction And Resolve Operational Or Sales-Related Concerns. Monitor Dealer Performance And Support Improvement Plans. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹24,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Documentation, Compliance, MS Excel and Customer acquisition
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and ethical
