Day-to-day work

As a Work From Home - Hr Internship (3 Months Paid) Immed..., your work will include:

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• You will support payroll, attendance and leave management.
• You'll source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.

Compensation

The salary for this internship is ₹3,000 – ₹8,000 per month.
