Pre-Shipment & Order Managementorder Processing: Convert Sales Closures Into Formal Sales Orders In The Erp/Tally.Proforma Invoicing: Prepare And Send Accurate Proforma Invoices (Pi) Including Correct Incoterms (Cif, Fob, Dap) And Payment Terms.Production Liaison: Coordinate With The Factory Or Warehouse To Monitor Prod. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Advanced Excel, Manage Operations, Handling Invoices

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• You'll keep simple daily records of your work.
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Handling Invoices and Manage Operations
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
