The Ideal Candidate Will Be Responsible For Handling Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls, Resolving Customer Queries And Complaints, Providing Accurate Information About Company Services, Coordinating With Internal Teams To Ensure Timely Issue. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

What you get

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Outbound
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
