As A Field Sales Team Leader, Responsible For Managing And Motivating The Field Sales Team To Achieve Assigned Sales Targets And Business Objectives. Key Responsibilities Include Planning Daily Field Activities, Assigning Territories And Leads, Monitoring Team Performance, Generating New Business Opportunities, And Ensuring Effective Customer. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.

What you get

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Negotiation, CRM, Target achievement, Local market knowledge
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, target-driven attitude
