Whitespan Law Offices wants to bring on a Company Secretary for its Sohna Road - Gurgaon, Delhi team. The pay goes up to ₹80,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with GST, TDS, Bank reconciliation, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confidential, organised attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹80,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

As a Company Secretary, your work will include:

• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
