We Are Looking For A Friendly And Responsible Individual To Manage Our Front Office And Handle Visitors For The Position Of Front Desk Executive Cum Telecaller.What You Will Do:Welcome Students And Parents Visiting Our Officeprovide Enquiry Forms And Guide Them Appropriatelydirect Visitors To The Counsellorsschedule. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Inbound
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
