Manage Customer Inquiries Via Email, Phone, Whatsapp, And Visits. Prepare Quotations And Sales Orders In Tally Prime, Verify Purchase Orders, Coordinate With Internal Teams For Timely Deliveries, Maintain Customer Records, Follow Up On Quotations, Resolve Queries, Prepare Reports, And Develop Strong Client Relationships To Drive Business Growth. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Typing speed, Active listening, Hindi and English, CRM tools
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are customer-first and patient
