Work India has an opening for a Customer Care Associate based in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. 10 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, English
• A polite, patient attitude

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
