Vehicle Management: Oversee Vehicle Allotment And Plan For The Next Day'S Operations. Monitor Vehicle Availability, Location, And Condition Regularly. Allocate Vehicles To Customers Based On Bookings And Requirements. Ensure Vehicles Are Clean, Well-Maintained, And Equipped With Necessary Items. Manage Vehicle Tracking And Gps Systems. Languages : Tamil, Kannada

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Kannada and Tamil
• Good English

What you get

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
