The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Connecting With Customers Through Outbound Calls, Understanding Their Insurance Requirements, Explaining Suitable Health Insurance Plans, And Converting Leads Into Successful Sales. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound | Languages : Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

As a Health Insurance Agent, your work will include:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Outbound
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits
