World Grow Reality & Developer is looking for a Closing Manager to join its team in Belapur, Mumbai. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

A Real Estate Closing Manager Oversees The Final Stages Of Property Transactions To Ensure A Smooth Transfer Of Ownership. They Act As The Central Point Of Contact For Buyers, Sellers, Agents, And Lenders, Ensuring That All Legal, Financial, And Regulatory Requirements Are Met Before The Deal Is Finalized. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Roles and responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Marathi, Real Estate
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude
