Manage Calendars, Appointments, Meetings, And Travel Arrangements For Ceo Prepare, Organize, And Maintain Engineering Documents, Reports, Drawings, And Project Files.Coordinate With Project /Site Engineers & Supervisors, Vendors, Contractors, Clients, And Internal Departments.Assist In Preparing Technical Project Status Reports. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

Salary

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
