Hiring Telecallers (Outbound Sales) Financial Products - Products Handle Business Loan, Home Loan & Other Loan Segments - Work On Verified Leads & Structured Existing Data Will Be Provided ( No Cold Calling ) - Strong Follow-Up And Conversion Responsibility - Preference To Candidates With Loan/Financial Sales Experience - Target-Driven Role . Type : Outbound, Sales | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Malayalam | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

Your responsibilities

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Outbound, Real Estate
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
