The Candidate Will Handle Front Desk Operations, Attend Client Enquiries, Manage Whatsapp And Calls, Guide Clients About Yoga Programs And Memberships, And Convert Enquiries Into Admissions. The Role Also Includes Follow-Ups With Existing And New Clients, Maintaining Member Records, Coordinating Batch Schedules, And Ensuring A Professional Client Experience At The Studio. Good Communication Skills, Confidence In Customer Interaction, And Basic Sales Ability Are Important For This Role. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Basic accounting, Record keeping, Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
