Share Course Details, Follow Up With Leads, Support Enrolments And Payments, Update Records, And Provide Friendly Customer Service. Good English Communication And Basic Computer Skills Required. Salary

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
