Yogayatan Ozoneland Private Limited is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Churchgate, Mumbai. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Receive, Screen, Direct And Relay Telephone And Fax Messages.Greet And Direct Guests And General Visitors To The Appropriate Staff Member.Pick Up And Deliver The Mail.Receive, Date And Stamp All General Correspondence.Maintain The General Filing System And File All Correspondence.Assist In The Planning. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records

What you get

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Basic accounting, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
