What you will do

• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi and Tamil
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

Compensation: ₹28,000 – ₹29,000 per month.
