Exposure To Real-Time Hiring Processes.- Opportunity To Develop Communication And Professional Skills. Work Location: Work From Home Kolkataequipment: Own Laptop/Desktop Required.

Eligibility

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with HRMS, MS Excel, Labour law basics, Screening
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Roles and responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• You'll manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Salary

Compensation: ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month.
