Day-to-day work

As a Call Quality Analyst, your work will include:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Work location: Sector 58 - Noida, Delhi, Delhi
• Shift: Rotational shifts Morning, afternoon and night. Shifts will change in every 10 days.
