We Are In Search Of A Meticulous Quality Auditor/Quality Analyst With Expertise In The Customer Service Industry, Particularly In Galileo (Gds) In Travel Process. The Ideal Candidate Will Play A Pivotal Role In Evaluating And Ensuring The Quality And Accuracy Of Customer Interactions, With A Specific Focus On Adherence To Industry Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Quality Control

What you will do

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Quality Control
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
