Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. Basic Excel

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary

Compensation: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month.

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
