• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.

• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound and Mutual Funds
