Contact Customers Through Outbound Calls To Follow Up On Overdue And Outstanding Payments.Inform Customers About Pending Dues, Payment Dates, Repayment Schedules, And Applicable Charges.Understand Customer Concerns And Reasons For Payment Delays.Encourage Customers To Make Timely Payments And Obtain Payment. Languages : English, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Hindi, Tamil

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi
