Key Responsibilities:- Make Outbound Calls To Customers With Overdue Accounts To Remind Them Of Their Debt And Seek Repayment.- Negotiate Payment Plans, Settlements, Or Restructuring Options With Customers, Ensuring Mutually Beneficial Solutions.- Maintain Accurate Records Of Discussions And Agreements With Customers In The Company'S System.- H. Type : Inbound, Domestic | Languages : Malayalam, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Punjabi, Marathi, Hindi, English

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Bengali, Domestic, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam
• Basic English
