Your Primary Responsibility Will Be Contacting Existing And Prospective Customers To Facilitate Car Insurance. Type : Outbound, Inbound | Languages : Marathi, Hindi

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Salary
