A Customer Care Executive/Representative Is Responsible For:1. Handling Customer Queriesanswering Calls, Emails, Or Chats From Customersproviding Accurate Information About Products Or Services2. Resolving Complaintsunderstanding Customer Issues And Offering Solutionsescalating Complex Problems To Higher Teams If Needed3. Maintaining Recordskeeping Track Of Customer Interactions In Systems Like Salesforce Crm Or Zendeskupdating Customer Details And Case Histories4. Providing Supportassisting Customers With Orders, Refunds, Replacements, Or Technical Issuesfollowing Up To Ensure Problems Are Resolved5. Building Customer Relationships. Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

Your responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
