Must Have Excellent English Communication Skills. Work Involves 24X7 Rotational Shifts, 5 Days A Week With 2 Rotational Offs. Salary: 16,000 To 32,000. Languages : English

Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
