Must Have Excellent English Communication Skills. Work Involves 24X7 Rotational Shifts, 5 Days A Week With 2 Rotational Offs. Salary: 18,000 To 34,000. Languages : English

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
