Collection Officer

CHAUHAN ASSOCIATES Pvt Ltd has an opening for a Collection Officer based in Janakpuri, Delhi. 12 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Below 10th
• Good knowledge of KYC, Financial products, Compliance and Customer acquisition
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
