Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Verbal communication and Typing speed
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient

What the job involves

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

• Timings: 24/7 Shifts - 2 Rotational weekly offs
