Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
