Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

Compensation

Salary: ₹13,500 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
