First Class Hiring is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join its team in Uppal, Hyderabad. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. Freshers can apply. 25 candidates will be hired for this role.

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

• A customer-first, patient attitude

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
