Proven Experience In Customer Service/Team Handling (3-6 Years Preferred)Experience In Field Service Or Appliance/Water Purifier Industry Is An Advantage Strong Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills Knowledge Of Crm/Ticketing Systems And Ms Excel Ability To Manage Pressure And Escalations Effectively. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English, Verbal communication
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are calm under pressure and patient
