Resolve Customer Complaints And Ensure Timely Closure Of Issues. Maintain And Update Customer Data In The Crm Software/System. Coordinate With Sales, Production, Dispatch,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Your responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Compensation

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
