Job Description Handle Ndr (Non-Delivery Report) Cases For Failed Deliveries.Check And Analyze The Reason For Non-Delivery (Customer Unavailable, Wrong Address, Refused Order, Etc.).Contact Customers To Confirm Delivery Address, Availability, Or Reschedule Delivery.Coordinate With Delivery Executives And Logistics Teams For Re-Attempt. Marketing | Type : Sales, Inbound | Languages : Hindi, English

What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Inbound, Marketing and Sales

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
