Manage Director'S Calendar, Including Appointments, Meetings & Recurring Tasks. Manage The Director'S Communications, Including Answering And Routing Phone Calls. Arrange Travel Arrangements And Expenses For The Director. Day-To-Day Operations Delegated By The Director. Administrative Support To Director. Scheduling Meetings. Knowledge Google Sheet. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, MS Office, Email etiquette, Data entry
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are well spoken and organised

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
