Admin Executive

A new Admin Executive role is open at Nasrin Facility private limited, Bopodi, Pune. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Manage Organizational Tasks Such As Scheduling, Record-Keeping, And Correspondence. Coordinate With Teams To Ensure Smooth Daily Operations. Oversee Policy Implementation And Handle Administrative Challenges. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel

Day-to-day work

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

What you get

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Who can apply

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic Excel
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
