Softhub Yess Infotech Private Limited wants to bring on an Admin Executive for its Hadapsar, Pune team. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What you will do

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Record Management
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Record Management
• An organised, well spoken attitude

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
