What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Gujarati, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Punjabi, Tamil
• Basic English
